Retrofit Service Company is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing service team and primarily serve our customers throughout Orange County.
If you have 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, can troubleshoot and diagnose equipment without someone looking over your shoulder, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform commercial service calls and preventative maintenance
- Service package units, split systems, heat pumps, VAV systems, VRF, Boilers, and other commercial HVAC equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and our service team
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in an on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- EPA certification
- Valid California driver’s license and good driving record
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
