VS Cleaning Service is a locally owned cleaning business based in Oviedo, FL. We've been serving Seminole County homeowners since 2018, and we're growing. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our small team. This is a true W-2 employee position, not contract or 1099 work. You're part of our team, not a subcontractor. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we expand.
What You'll Do:
- Clean residential homes to a consistent, detail-oriented standard — every visit, every client
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and clean fixtures
- Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and the scope of work
- Complete a final walkthrough before leaving each job
- Communicate with the owner about any issues or special requests
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Residential cleaning experience preferred — professional cleaning company experience a plus
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the job
- Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Oviedo, FL. This position serves clients throughout Orange and Seminole County.
