Our TRUE-ly exceptional service team performs repairs and upkeep of apartment communities and facilities as assigned. General responsibilities include:

Completing service requests and work orders

Basic plumbing & electrical

Change bulbs, locks.

Must be able to install and repair appliances.

Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, drywall repair

Lift 30-50 lbs.

Ability to perform pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots.

Have dependable transportation to and from work.

Ability to respond within 45-minutes to assigned site(s) for after-hours emergencies when on-call.

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.

Enjoy working with others and taking directions when needed.

Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to coworkers and customers.
