Case Manager /Personal Injury Law Firm in Woodland Hills:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage caseload (approximately 50–75 PI claims) from intake through demand submission
- Conduct client intakes and establish liability determination
- Draft, correspondence
- Communicate with insurance adjusters
- Assist clients with property damage claims, including repairs, total loss processes, and rental coordination.
- Coordinate client treatment plans and follow-ups;
- Maintain and input in case management software;
- Required Qualifications
- ·
- 3+ years of experience managing pre-litigation Personal Injury files.
- ·
- BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Computer proficient
- Strong attention to detail, task management, and deadline adherence .
- Preferred Qualifications
- ·
- Experience with Case Peer (Casepeer) case management software.
- Knowledge of California PI practices, medical terminology, insurance processes, and property damage workflows.
