Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations.
- Prepare simple food items as needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations to uphold sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through proactive suggestions.
- Manage customer orders with efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages while providing excellent service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, assist with basic food preparation when required, and support overall restaurant operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food handling skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
