As the Superintendent, you will take ownership of all site-based construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead day-to-day field operations, site logistics, workforce coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Drive project schedules, site productivity, and construction sequencing to achieve critical milestones.
- Champion a best-in-class safety culture through proactive planning, compliance monitoring, and field leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and internal project teams.
- Oversee project quality programs, inspections, documentation, and punch list management.
- Support preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, schedule development, procurement planning, and quantity take-offs.
- Identify project risks, solve field challenges, and implement innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
