What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations and waitlists while keeping guests informed and comfortable.
- Coordinate seating to ensure a smooth flow of service for both guests and the team.
- Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our restaurant.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entry area.
- Work closely with the service team to create an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate guest needs and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service periods.
- Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
