SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Food Service Line Server dependable, enthusiastic all-around food service professional to join our team at a boarding school in Tilton. We need someone who can move around a kitchen and ensure smooth service to our school community. In our newly renovated private dining hall, you will help with everything from helping direct the service of our meals and organize the dinning hall, and occasionally helping to preparing scratch-cooked meals to to our school community.

Schedule:
- Regularly Tuesday through Saturdays, 12 pm to 8 p.m.
- Schedule may fluctuate due to production needed.
- Available overtime for catering events with prior notice

What you'll do:
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need:
- Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
- Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
