Maya's Brigadeiro Brazilian Sweets is Brazilian chocolate shop looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our growing business. This position combines retail sales, customer service, operations, and marketing support.
Responsibilities:
- Open and set up the store for daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales and handle transactions
- Manage inventory and restock products as needed
- Pack and ship online orders
- Assist with customer communications and follow-up
- Support social media content creation and posting
- Help with marketing initiatives and promotions
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Retail, customer service, or marketing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs

Compensation:
