The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons at our front bar and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar.

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed.

Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.

Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined by company policies to keep drink costs at a minimum.

Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers satisfied at all times.
Requirements:
This position plays a major role in a guest's dinner and/or bar experience. Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following recipes. A bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A bartender should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This job operates behind the bar and may be working in close proximity to co-workers. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Hazards may include, but are not limited too, cuts, slipping and tripping. With reasonable accommodation, the physical demands include:

Walk and stand during entire shift.
