Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing high-volume service and busy weekend operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards
- Knowledge of scheduling, labor control, and daily operations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event nights
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
- Support special events, private parties, and live entertainment nights
