About Us
Maui Cell Phone Repair is a local, fast-paced repair shop helping the Maui community keep their devices running smoothly. We fix iPhones and Androids, assist walk-in customers, and take pride in honest service and quality repairs. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-curious part-time intern to support our daily operations and learn hands-on repair skills.
What You’ll Do
This role is a mix of customer service, shop support, and repair training. You’ll help with:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the shop
- Checking devices in/out and helping explain repair options
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
- Learning to diagnose and repair phones (iPhones + Androids)
- Supporting technicians with tools, parts, and basic repair steps
- Answering phones, messaging customers, and light admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
No prior cell phone repair experience is required — we will train the right person. If you already have repair experience, that’s a big plus.
Ideal candidate:
- Tech-savvy and excited to learn hands-on skills
- Comfortable talking with customers and working in a busy shop
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willing to follow repair procedures and ask questions
- Able to work on your feet and handle small tools/parts
