We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative in the Home Improvement industry Promoting Inpact Windows ,Solar and roofing, Our expansion into a new 100,000 sq. ft. facility has created new position openings and we are seeking sales oriented professionals to grow with us!

We provide support to our Outside Sales Agents in every way possible with coaching, training, territory, and company-provided collateral. As working with $100 million organizations, we are expanding and searching for positive, self-motivated, and professional candidates with excellent time-management skills. If you enjoy speaking with people in-person, creating excitement around our promotions, and leading others we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Canvass new sales territories, set and meet weekly goals, and coordinate with the Corporate office via phone or text
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients on a face to face basis
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Leadership or management experience preferred but not require
- Comfortable working OUTDOORS and speaking with homeowners face-to-face on a daily basis

Compensation: $15 - $22 an hour based on experience
Salary: $15.00 to $22.00 /hour plus commision
