Responsibilities

Manage multiple accounting engagements
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Oversee bookkeeping and accounting staff

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and internal controls
Qualifications

5+ years of accounting experience preferred

Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft products and accounting software in general

Must have strong background in payroll compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
