Abrolat Law PC is a fully remote California employment law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation and white-glove client service. We are seeking a professional, highly organized Remote Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients while supporting the firm's day-to-day operations.
The Remote Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, screening prospective clients, scheduling consultations, managing communications, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesRingCentral Call Management
- Answer incoming calls through RingCentral promptly and professionally
- Route calls to the appropriate attorney or team member
- Manage call queues, voicemail messages, and call transfers
- Return messages and follow up on missed calls
- Maintain accurate call logs and communication records
Client Intake & Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Gather basic intake information and screen inquiries
- Schedule attorney consultations
- Send intake forms and engagement documents
- Provide exceptional white-glove client service
- Ensure all client communications are documented appropriately
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and interviews
- Coordinate attorney calendars
- Send calendar invitations and reminders
- Confirm appointments and reschedule when necessary
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
Preferred
- Legal office experience
- Employment law experience
- Experience using RingCentral
- Experience with Smokeball or legal case management software
- Spanish bilingual preferred

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
- Fully Remote
- Must be available via RingCentral, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams during working hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
