We are hiring immediately a full time two year old Lead Childcare Teacher at The Learning Experience - River City. The Learning Experience is a local preschool center that offers daycare, childcare and early childhood education including VPK to children from 6 weeks old to 6 years old.

Hours -
- Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM - full time
Role Responsibilities:
- You will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment in a childcare and preschool setting.
- As the Teacher you will serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- You will partner with your co-lead teacher to create lesson plans, manage the classroom, and implement our curriculum and enrichment programs.
- You will be responsible for communicating regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a lead child care teacher.
- Must meet Florida state specific guidelines for the role.
- Must have GED or high school diploma.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
