About the Role
We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to set up, manage, and improve a portfolio of campaigns and web properties across a group of home care clients. You'll be taking ownership of ongoing performance: optimizing what's there, identifying and fixing issues, and helping to run experiments which drive better results over time.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple locations simultaneously without hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns across multiple locations, including bid strategy, ad copy, and performance analysis
- Execute and improve local SEO strategy for each location, including on-page optimization, citation management, and local ranking performance
- Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles — keeping listings accurate, optimized, and in good standing
- Monitor and respond to reviews across all locations in a timely and professional manner
- Post regular content to client websites (SEO content, general updates, and job postings)
- Manage Facebook posting for client locations (1x per week)
- Coordinate with third-party platforms for call forwarding and AI lead analysis
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years hands-on experience with Google Ads and local SEO experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple locations or accounts simultaneously
- Google Ads Search certification preferred; candidates without current certification will be expected to obtain it within 30 days of hire
- Proficiency with local SEO tooling (BrightLocal, Yext, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a CMS (WordPress or similar) for routine content updates
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail across a multi-location portfolio
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fully remote environment
- Works remotely from within the continental USA; able to travel for initial in-person meeting
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
