What You'll Do
As an Educational Tutor at Dynamik Learning, you will:
- Provide high-quality one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions across core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, and test preparation (SAT and beyond)
- Design customized, standards-aligned lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style
- Utilize innovative learning technology and digital resources to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Continuously assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to maximize growth and outcomes
- Support students with diverse learning needs by applying flexible, adaptive teaching approaches
- Create a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment that motivates students to participate and excel
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to track progress, communicate updates, and set meaningful, achievable goals for every student
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings:
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Math, Science, or English Language Arts
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online instruction tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds
- A demonstrated ability to adapt instruction based on individual student needs and learning styles
- Experience working with children, students with special education needs, or adult learners (highly desirable)
- Strong classroom management skills paired with patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for education
- Prior preschool or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
