Office Administrator – Steel Fabrication Shop
We are a growing steel fabrication shop looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
This role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations—keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the shop, and helping us stay on track with projects.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
- Organizing projects, documents, and schedules
- Coordinating communication between office and shop
- Assisting with general administrative and office tasks
- Supporting project tracking and updates
- Assisting with lead generation (outreach to potential clients, tracking inquiries, and helping bring in new project opportunities)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn about metal fabrication and our workflow
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of moving projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe (PDF editing, document management, etc.)
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Trello, Connecteam, Buildertrend, or BuildingConnected

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
