Schedules current client with appropriate clinician

Refers new clients to intake coordinator

Assist with calling previous clients to update financial information or to obtain missing information

Knowledgeable about counseling center protocols and able to answer client questions in a timely manner

Assists with checking clients in for counseling sessions

Run payment as necessary

Verifies insurance eligibility with insurance companies as needed
4 Year Degree
Minimum 2 years in a Medical Office setting, Insurance Experience Preferred.
