KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Support
- Assist providers during aesthetic and wellness procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
- Maintain treatment room organization and cleanliness
- Assist with patient intake and rooming
- Perform facial treatments (if trained and licensed where applicable)
Patient Experience & Communication
- Welcome and assist patients
- Answer phones and patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and confirm visits
- Conduct patient follow-up calls and messages
- Assist with patient education and post-treatment instructions
Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain inventory and supply levels
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Track and complete assigned administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Utilize company systems and workflows
Training Program Support
- Coordinate medical training events and workshops
- Assist with practitioner training programs
- Coordinate training models and logistics
- Prepare training rooms and materials
- Support educational events and special projects
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Capture photos and video content during clinic activities
- Post approved content to social media platforms
- Assist with content organization and marketing projects
- Support clinic events and promotional activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Certified Medical Assistant with experience (2 yr. min.)
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or medical office settings (2 yr. min.)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Preferred:
- Aesthetician License
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and software systems
- Social media familiarity (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
