Assist Volleyball Coach with daily office tasks, practice/game set up, game management, statistics, data entry, filing, emails to recruits, and other relevant tasks assigned by the coach.
Specific responsibilities:
Able to work hours during the day, on weekends, and evenings to assist with the volleyball coach in season and out with game day management duties including videotaping, greeting guests and promoting home matches.
Complete necessary office tasks including but not limited to: mailings, create advertisements for home themed events, organizing and tallying statistics.
Assist with promoting the Volleyball Program at Open Houses, Accepted Student Days, Preview Admissions events, and the Athletic Open House.
Able to complete necessary, but tedious data entry from recruiting events and databases.
Able to assist with other athletic events if needed.
Job Requirements:
Volleyball background and or willing to learn statistics and game book and libero tracking
Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication skills)
Able to work independently and as a part of a team
Must be willing to be a positive representative of the MCLA Volleyball and Athletic Department
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Proficient and or willing to learn Microsoft Office Programs and social media platforms
Must be prompt, dependable, and courteous of others
Flexibility is very important

This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA.
