- Monday-Friday 9am-12:30pm (Part-time at 17.5 hours)
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Full-Time at 40 hours)
- Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm (Part-time at 30 hours)
Job Description
At The Higgins Lake Campground, the guest experience starts the moment someone walks through the door.
As a Front Desk Team Member, you’ll be at the center of that experience, welcoming guests, helping them get settled, and supporting them throughout their stay.
This is an indoor, team-based role working across guest check-in, the camp store, and food service, all within one central space.
It’s a great starting point for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll rotate between a few key areas during your shift:
Guest Services / Front Desk
- Check guests in and out
- Answer questions and assist throughout their stay
- Create a welcoming first impression
Camp Store
- Ring up purchases and assist guests
- Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
Food Service
- Prepare and serve simple food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
You’ll be working alongside a team that is inside and outside.
Schedule
- Thursday through Monday required
- Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts available.
- Earliest start time: 8am
- Latest end time: 10:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays required
- Part-time shifts are typically 4 hours, full time shifts range from 6-8 hours.
