Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for an Immediate Care Center LPN to join our partner's team in the Great Falls, MT area.

Key Responsibilities for the Immediate Care Center LPN:
- Responsible for providing nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices, while working within scope of licensure as a licensed practical nurse. Functions as the primary liaison between patients, staff and providers. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient. Must be able to take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations and to help support their team of co-workers. Gives direction to: CNA's and Schedulers. Receives direction from: Providers, Coordinators and CLinical Managers/Supervisors and RN's.
Key Requirements for the Immediate Care Center LPN:
- Current State Issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current First Aid and BLS certifications are required prior to hire. Acceptable vendors for certification are American Heart Association and Red Cross.
- Personal transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation and Schedule for the LPN Immediate Care Center:
- Target rate is $24.40-$37.50/hr, experience based
