Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. The Escrow Assistant will support the escrow officer in handling real estate transactions from opening to closing.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Escrow Officer with day-to-day escrow transactions
- Prepare, review, and organize escrow documents
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders
- Order payoff statements, HOA documents, Solar transfer and other required items
- Maintain accurate and organized escrow files
- Assist with closing and funding processes
- Provide customer service to clients and agents
- Training will be provided
- Candidates interested in growing into a Junior Escrow Officer role are encouraged to apply
- Monday–Friday schedule
Skills
- Chinese and English bilingual required
- 0–1 years escrow / real estate / mortgage experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Work sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
