The Front Desk Staff will deliver friendly and attentive customer service, relationship building, and sales skills to create a welcoming environment at SYS. Additionally, Front Desk staff will provide information in regards to SYS memberships, classes, programs, and activities. Staff will assist with the attraction and retention of members; including the collection and processing of payment for programs and memberships as well as facilitating and supervising our after school program for children in grades K-6.
