About Secondhand Mods
Secondhand Mods is an online watch-parts supplier specializing in OEM and aftermarket Seiko watch parts. As our name suggests, our parts are primarily sourced from individual modders and hobbyists. We also sell a small line of new parts under our own brand, called the Permanent Collection. We operate out of Oakland, California.
Job Type: 30 to 40 hours a week.
Requirements
- You must be 18 or older and based in the Bay Area.
- Available 5 days a week to work in office (this role does not offer remote working).
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
- The role is contingent upon passing a background check
What we’re looking for:
A driven individual who’s interested in helping an early-stage business grow and has a passion for watches. We’re looking for part-time help to:
- Help manage the day-to-day requirements of the office space
- Supply restocking
- Organizing and maintaining storage systems
- Inventory management and order fulfillment
- Cataloging inventory
- Packing customer orders
What You’ll Bring
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with watches and watch parts
- Keen eye for organization and detail

Compensation
$22 - $25/hour (compensation based on experience)
