Morristown TN| Fuel Tanker Driver ( 5 days on with 2 Weekdays off )
Eagle Transport operates terminals throughout the eastern United States, specializing in the transportation of fuel, chemicals, and dry bulk products. As our team expands in the Southeast, we are actively hiring Class A drivers for local Day and Night shift roles in Morristown, TN.
Fuel Truck Drivers with Eagle Transport ensure the safe transportation of petroleum products to various locations while adhering to DOT regulations, corporate policies, and company protocols.
Position Requires
- 23 years of age
- Class A CDL with 2-3 years experience operating tractor trailer
- Tanker + Hazmat Endorsement Required (tanker experience is a plus)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, or 4 in the last 7 years
- No DUI/DWI/OUI in the last 10 years (max 1 in the last 20 years)
- No chargeable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English per FMCSR §391.11(b)(2)
Job Duties
- Coordinate and complete pick up of designated products from local and/or regional terminals
- Manage all aspects of safe truck operation and care according to Eagle Safety policies and procedures
- Transport and deliver designated fuel products to customer stores and/or facilities, as assigned
- Prepare and complete all equipment and delivery reports accurately and efficiently
