We’re looking for a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in both shop and field environments.

What You’ll Do

Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
-
Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
-
Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
-
Set up, operate, and break down water treatment equipment at customer job sites as needed

Travel to customer locations to support installations, troubleshooting, and operational needs
-
Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality

Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
-
Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)

Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered

Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and extended shifts based on project demands

Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and working in confined spaces for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)

Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise, and varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE, including respirators
