While primary to weight loss, this position will support both the weight loss program and the aesthetic program at our medspa.
Position Responsibilities
- Must be experienced in taking patient vitals and charting.
- Must be experienced in giving patient injections.
- Must be computer literate and able to learn medspa software to accurately book, change, confirm and cancel appointments
- Ensure patient demographics are recorded accurately
- Ensure intake paperwork is completed accurately and chart "flow" is organized for a smooth transition from intake to processing to filing
- Assist with answering the phone and supporting the front desk as required
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work area
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- With cosmetic aesthetics, prepare patient for injections, when required; process loyalty programs, and support the aesthetic injector as needed
- Develop a knowledge of all medspa treatments
- Solid communicator
Experience/Education
Successful candidates for this position include Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and LPNs, must show documentation/certification that you are able to provide injections.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
