Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operations during service hours, maintaining high standards of customer service
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for front of house positions
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and standards
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in inventory control procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
