Guest Experience Specialist – Full Time
Lockbusters Escape Game is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members who enjoy working with people and creating great experiences for guests.
This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. People with experience in customer service, restaurants, hosting, front desk, or hospitality usually do very well here.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and help them feel welcome
- Explain games, rules, and give hints during escape rooms
- Keep games running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
- Help encourage guest reviews

- Comfortable speaking with groups and guests
- Wide/open availability
- Full-time availability
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Weekends are mandatory
We are looking for someone flexible who is willing to learn multiple roles within the company. Team members will also have the opportunity to train as Axe Coaches at Epic Axe Throwing and learn basic bartending/cocktail preparation. Pay increases are available after completing training and demonstrating strong performance.
Pay & Schedule:
- Training pay starts at $14/hour
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available
