Individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring the machine produces high-quality products consistently while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining optimal production efficiency.
Key duties include:
- Loading Machine with product while maintain identity
- Monitoring operations for malfunctions
- Performing basic maintenance
- Quality checks on finished products.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in mechanical knowledge
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes or mills helpful but not needed
- Basic math skills and experience in a manufacturing facility
- Looking for individuals who want to learn a craft in the industry
