We're seeking an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently while supporting multiple communities throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you'll travel between assigned properties performing maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure our communities remain safe, attractive, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.

Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Inspect and maintain common areas, amenities, building exteriors, and grounds.

Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections.

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

Maintain pools and amenity areas (where applicable).

Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.

Travel between multiple properties throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with property management teams.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

3+ years of multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or related maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.

Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple locations.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance (auto allowance provided).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

EPA Universal Certification, CPO Certification, HVAC certification, or other trade certifications are preferred but not required.

Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
