The Sergeant at Arms, Printing Graphics and Direct Mail (PGDM) department is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with the Technical Manager to provide technical support and assistance for internal applications. The successful candidate will also play a key role in the implementation and deployment of new technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. In addition, they will identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining, and automation, and work toward their implementation. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to applications and systems, as well as conducting regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security, will also be crucial responsibilities of this role.
