We want a productivity-obsessed Finance Specialist who uses AI and automation to move faster, work smarter, and protect our profits.
The Mission
As our AI Finance Specialist, you will be the right hand to our Director of Finance & Admin. You will own the financial data stream, using a cutting-edge tech stack to identify "profit leaks" before they happen. Your goal is to automate the mundane so you can focus on the strategic.
Your Digital Toolbox
- Accounting: QuickBooks Online (Advanced)
- Ops: MarginEdge (Invoice/Inventory AI) & Total Party Planner (Catering CRM)
- Automation: Monday, Zapier, ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Advanced, Base44, Reach, and others
- Payroll: Paychex (Multi-state)
What You’ll Do (The "Wizard" Work)
- AI Orchestration: Use LLMs and automation tools to handle 80% of data entry, vendor communication, and reporting.
- Profit Guarding: Use MarginEdge’s AI to flag price spikes across our markets in real-time.
- The "Hard Close": Own the 10-day close process, ensuring our books are "audit-ready" at all times.
- Multi-State Mastery: Manage the financial nuances of operating in multiple states (Sales tax, Nexus, and Payroll).
- Predictive Analysis: Build AI-enhanced cash flow forecasts to guide our expansion strategy.
Who You Are
- A Tech Native: You don't just use Excel; you use AI plugins and Python-style logic to manipulate data.
- A Systems Thinker: You see a manual task and immediately think, "How do I automate this?"
- A Communicator: You can translate a complex P&L into a 3-bullet executive summary for our CEO.
- Experienced: 3+ years in finance/accounting (Hospitality experience is a huge plus, but AI-literacy is the priority).
