Overview

Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using order picker equipment and proper packaging techniques.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation.
- Stock shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure products are stored correctly for easy retrieval.
- Support e-commerce order fulfillment by accurately selecting items for online orders with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
