Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients
- Perform annual wellness visits and preventive examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle modification
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director
- Identify patients who may benefit from weight management, hormone optimization, wellness or aesthetic services
- Participate in ongoing physician mentorship and clinical education
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
Qualifications
- Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for preventive medicine and lifelong learning
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
