JC&BO Landscaping & Irrigation is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, is efficient and safe in professional tree care while delivering excellent service to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
- Climb and prune trees using proper climbing techniques and equipment
- Perform tree removals and trimming safely and efficiently
- Operate chainsaws, pole saws, ropes, rigging systems, and other tree care equipment
- Teamwork alongside ground crew members to complete projects safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Previous professional tree climbing experience required
- Experience with tree pruning, removals, and rigging
- Ability to safely operate chainsaws and climbing equipment
- Strong understanding of tree safety practices
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance

Qualifications:

- Previous landscaping/ and or Irrigation experience
