SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30 pm
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Pick up trash and replace it with trash liners.
- General floor maintenance
- Dust, wall spot, clean all glass, polish, sanitize all areas.
- Wash, clean, wipe down, sponge, rinse, scour, and disinfect any assigned work area
- Note and report all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction.
- Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures
- Report all damage to customer property, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within their work area to the supervisor.
- All other duties as defined by your supervisor
- Adhere to on-site PPE requirements and policies
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and personal skills.
- Responsible for any emergency cleaning occurring during shift.
- Ability to work independently at customer job site.
- Ability to identify and resolve areas of conflict or concerns. Report to shift supervisor any items needed to be completed by next shift.
- Notify supervisor of any discrepancies in the overall condition of the environment, ie., leaking faucet, broken pipe, crack in wall or glass, etc.
- Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.

VISION REQUIREMENT:
- This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
- Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the nature of the work and customer-facing expectations, employees are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while on duty. This includes:
- Following site-specific dress code and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Removing visible piercings (e.g., facial or ear piercings) during work hours unless medically or religiously necessary and approved by management.
- Maintaining good personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
