Project Manager – Healthcare, Hospitality & Advanced Manufacturing Construction

This organization specializes in delivering complex healthcare, hospitality, and advanced manufacturing projects and has built a strong reputation for quality, client service, innovation, and execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking exposure to technically challenging projects while working with a collaborative team focused on delivering best-in-class healthcare facilities, hospitality developments, manufacturing plants, and other specialized commercial projects throughout Central Texas.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field teams, maintain strong documentation practices, and uphold high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution of schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive construction leader with strong technical expertise, subcontractor management experience, and the ability to coordinate project stakeholders through all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Preconstruction & Planning
- Coordinate project setup with accounting and operations teams.
- Review estimates and subcontract scopes for completeness and accuracy.
- Issue subcontracts and manage procurement activities.
- Coordinate permitting and jurisdictional approvals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, accounting for permitting, procurement, and construction milestones.
- Participate in budgeting, value engineering, and project planning efforts.
Project Execution
- Lead project teams through all phases of construction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and project financial performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and project logistics.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining client satisfaction.
Field Leadership
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure efficient field execution.
- Support inspections, commissioning activities, and turnover processes.
- Verify installation and coordination of architectural, structural, civil, and MEP systems.
- Assist in resolving field issues and mitigating project risks.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems.
- Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project costs.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and project updates.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Quality, Safety & Closeout
- Lead Quality Control and Quality Assurance efforts.
- Conduct punch walks and oversee project closeout activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.
- Enforce OSHA standards and promote an injury-free jobsite culture.
- Complete all closeout documentation and warranty requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience managing healthcare, hospitality, advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, or other technically complex commercial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, MS Project, Sage, or similar software platforms.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
