Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently to meet customer needs and close high-end sales
- Negotiate terms and pricing effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and assist in marketing initiatives to promote new and used vehicle offerings
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized sales records
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet managers
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales with demonstrated success in closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing inventory, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
- Experience in public speaking or retail math is advantageous for presenting vehicles confidently and calculating deals accurately

Pay: $30,880.46 - $81,275.39 per year
