About alooola®
alooola is a wealth management platform for medical professionals and corporate employees. Investments, retirement planning, spending, insurance, all in one place, backed by real advisory expertise and a cutting-edge mobile application.
We're a rapidly growing fintech platform affiliated with Glen Eagle, a 30-year-old advisory firm with over $1B in assets under management. Privately held, profitable, no outside investors. We're taking what we know about serving doctors and building a digital-first experience around it. Currently at $65M AUM and growing.
The Role
You'll be responsible for meeting with and servicing an existing client base while also pursuing new business development, primarily for our corporate retirement plan line (401(k)s).
In your first 90 days, you'll likely:
- Inherit a list of 150-200 existing clients on the platform to begin servicing. This will include reaching out to schedule phone calls or zoom meetings with each of them over the following 12 months.
-
Schedule 5-8 in-person meetings at the offices of existing corporate 401(k) clients to make a presentation of each of their respective 401(k) plans.
-
Proactively reach out to employees of the assigned 401(k) plans to see if we can help them adjust their existing retirement plan allocation or meet any of their other financial goals.
- Build and work a pipeline of companies nationwide that are candidates for a 401(k)-fee review
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, first conversations, fee review/audit, proposal, close, and handoff to plan design and onboarding
-
Travel to the offices of existing 401(k) plans.
-
Build and maintain notes/tasks for existing clients as well as a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM.
-
Collaborate with the advisory and plan design team to make sure what's proposed is deliverable
-
Proactively reach out to 401(k) plan participants and existing clients to schedule meetings.
