We specialize in selling and servicing appliances and outdoor power equipment, offering expert advice, quality products, and reliable service. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales & Delivery Associate to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
This position is a hybrid position including both sales and delivery responsibilities. The amount of time devoted to these responsibilities will vary based on need. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist customers in selecting the right appliances and power equipment to meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Process sales transactions and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Earn commission on sales by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Coordinate and complete deliveries of appliances and outdoor power equipment to customers.
- Load, transport, and install appliances as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing products.
- Potentially work Saturdays until noon (with one weekday off per week).
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to move and transport appliances and equipment safely.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in retail sales, delivery, or appliance/power equipment service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
