We are seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning residents using proper safety techniques.
Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
Assist with meal service and encourage adequate nutrition and hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional resident care.
