Responsibilities

- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred; clerical experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhanced communication with diverse clientele
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism
- Experience in calendar management and administrative support roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks
