Part-Time Position | Parker, Colorado
Aesthetics 360 Lash & Med Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Dream Team. We are a luxury, full-service medical spa specializing in aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization, sexual health, regenerative medicine, oncology support, and medical weight loss.
This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about helping patients optimize their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient care.
Schedule

This position is ideal for a provider seeking a consistent part-time schedule while remaining involved in a growing, innovative medical spa practice.
While the primary schedule consists of Mondays and Saturdays, there may occasionally be additional hours associated with educational events, patient appreciation events, spa parties, vendor trainings, continuing education courses, community outreach events, and staff meetings. These opportunities are infrequent and scheduled in advance whenever possible.

License & Provider Requirements
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Minimum of 4,000 documented clinical hours to ensure full prescriptive authority and independent management of patient treatment plans
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and patient safety
- Ability to prescribe, monitor, and manage medications within established treatment protocols
Preferred:
- Experience with EvexiPEL® Hormone Pellet Therapy
- Experience with Evexias Health Solutions protocols
- Familiarity with Evexias Supplements
- Experience recommending and managing ZO Skin Health by Obagi® skincare protocols
- Existing aesthetic, wellness, or functional medicine background
Prescription & Patient Management
This provider will be responsible for prescribing and managing medications utilized throughout our wellness departments, including:
- Medical Weight Loss
- Hormone Optimization
- Peptide Therapy
- Sexual Health
- Wellness Programs
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing patient histories and laboratory results
- Developing customized treatment plans
- Prescribing medications and therapies when appropriate
- Monitoring patient outcomes
- Adjusting treatment protocols based on symptoms and laboratory findings
- Ensuring compliance with Colorado regulations and best practices
- Providing thorough patient education and follow-up care
Weight Loss Experience Required
Extensive experience with:
- Semaglutide
- Tirzepatide
- GLP-1 and dual agonist therapies
- Weight loss consultations
- Titration protocols
- Side effect management
- Laboratory monitoring
- Long-term patient success strategies
Hormone Replacement Therapy Experience Required
Candidates should have experience with:
- Hormone pellet insertions
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Testosterone replacement therapy
- Female hormone optimization
- Male hormone optimization
- Hormone laboratory interpretation
- Ongoing management and follow-up
Experience with EvexiPEL® pellet therapy is highly preferred.
Peptide Therapy Experience Required
Knowledge and experience with:
- Therapeutic peptides
- Wellness and longevity protocols
- Patient education
- Treatment planning
- Contraindications and monitoring
Sexual Health Experience Required
Experience with men's and women's sexual wellness treatments, including:
- Penile Girth Enhancement
- P-Shot®
- O-Shot®
- Cox-Tox
- Addyi
- Viagra
- Cialis
- PRP-based sexual wellness therapies
IV Therapy & Laboratory Interpretation
Candidates must be experienced in:
- Phlebotomy
- IV Therapy
- Venipuncture
- Reviewing and interpreting laboratory values
- Monitoring ongoing treatment plans through laboratory testing
Oncology Support Experience Preferred
Aesthetics 360 proudly offers an Oncology Support Department dedicated to helping patients feel supported during and after their cancer journey.
Experience working with oncology patients, survivorship programs, cancer rehabilitation, or oncology wellness initiatives is strongly preferred. We are seeking a provider who understands the unique physical and emotional needs of patients navigating treatment, recovery, and survivorship.
Medical Spa Experience Required
Candidates should have experience or a strong understanding of:
- Laser therapies
- Medical-grade facials
- PRP and Vampire Facials®
- Microneedling
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- Chemical peels
- Medical-grade skincare
- Patient consultation and treatment planning
Sales & Consultation Experience Required
The ideal candidate must be confident in:
- Conducting comprehensive consultations
- Building trust and rapport with patients
- Creating customized treatment plans
- Recommending appropriate services and products
- Following up with patients to ensure successful outcomes
- Contributing to practice growth through ethical, patient-centered sales
