Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory arrangement
- Maintain product display and showroom organization
- Operate and update Shopify backend (product listing, order processing, order tracking)
- Manage CRM system and organize customer information & customer files
- Full sample management: sample sorting, checking, inventory and sending
- Product packing, quality checking before shipment
- Assist trade show preparation, on-site setup, and post-show follow-up arrangement
- Support daily office and operational workflows
Job Requirements
- No high degree requirement
- Highly organized, careful, and responsible for daily repetitive work
- Basic computer skills, familiar with backend system operation
- Able to handle multi-task workflows orderly
- Reliable, stable, and quick to learn
- Basic English communication for daily work
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $22 – $28 / hour
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90015
