Position Summary
Walton Dean Realty, a team at Real Broker, is hiring a licensed Buyer's Agent to serve homebuyers in Middle Georgia. The role focuses on converting team-provided leads into closed transactions and guiding buyers from initial contact through closing. Inbound leads, CRM, and administrative support are provided by the team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up on team-provided buyer leads and past-client referrals
- Assess buyer needs, budget, and timeline; identify matching properties
- Show properties and prepare comparative market analyses
- Prepare, present, and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms
- Manage transactions from contract to close, including inspections, appraisals, financing timelines, and deadlines
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and transaction records in the team CRM
- Conduct all activity in compliance with Georgia real estate law and Fair Housing regulations
Requirements
- Active Georgia real estate license
- Strong communication and consistent follow-up
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Residential sales experience preferred; motivated newly licensed agents considered

Compensation
Commission-based.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
