We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Desk Associate who is passionate about creating an outstanding experience for every member who walks through our doors.
Position Summary
As the first face members and visitors see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment. You'll assist members, answer questions, support day-to-day gym operations, and help prospective members begin their journey with Kingdom Muay Thai.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Check members into classes and assist with scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
- Give tours to prospective members and explain membership options.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and account updates.
- Process retail sales, merchandise purchases, and payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
- Restock merchandise and keep retail displays looking great.
- Support gym events, seminars, and promotions.
- Assist coaches and management with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help create an encouraging atmosphere that reflects Kingdom Muay Thai's values.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and occasional weekend availability is preferred.
- Previous customer service, sales, or front desk experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in fitness, martial arts, or Muay Thai is preferred.
